JFS Hartford Family Services Community Support

Anja Rosenberg Kosher Food Pantry

COVID-19 Update

The Anja Rosenberg Kosher Food Pantry at Jewish Family Services is a critical service we continue to offer the community during the global pandemic.

We have shifted our operations to curbside, contactless pick-up ONLY for Pantry Access members at our office in West Hartford. This distribution happens twice monthly.

Members of the community who are having difficulty meeting their food needs may apply to be placed on the Pantry Access List and, if accepted, may use the food pantry twice each calendar month. If you have any questions about our food pantry, please email Cody Daigle-Orians or call him at (860) 236-1927, extension 7125.

The Anja Rosenberg Kosher Food Pantry at Jewish Family Services serves all people regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, disability, gender or sexual orientation. We distribute over 90,000 pounds of food, toiletries and cleaning supplies each year to local residents within the Greater Hartford area during temporary or long-term times of need.

We gratefully acknowledge ongoing contributions from individuals, synagogues, community groups, and businesses, including The Crown Market, Jessie’s Gardens, and Foodshare.

To make a donation of goods to the food pantry, please call (860) 236-1927.
