An Update on Changes to SNAP

Even with the government reopened, many Connecticut families were impacted by changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) eligibility requirements that took effect in December 2025.

Alicia conducts updated pre-screeners to determine if clients are eligible for work exemptions, explains what documentation is needed to maintain eligibility, and – just as importantly – listens to their concerns with care and compassion.
