JFS helps people of all ages in Greater Hartford build stability, confidence, and emotional well-being. We offer mental health counseling, financial wellness support, nutritious kosher food, in-home senior care, and compassionate case management.

No. JFS proudly serves everyone in Hartford County—regardless of age, identity, background, or income.

Our main office is at 333 Bloomfield Avenue, Suite A, West Hartford, CT 06117. Many services are also offered virtually or by phone.

Kosher Food Support

Anyone in Greater Hartford who needs groceries may apply to use our food pantry, whether your need is one-time or ongoing. Please contact Samantha Reid.

Care at Home by JFS

Care at Home by JFS offers a variety of services to older adults to help them remain independent — including personal care assistance, meal preparation, companionship, transportation to appointments, help with daily tasks, and 24/7 live-in support when needed.

Yes. Care at Home by JFS is open to all older adults.

Holocaust Survivor Support

We assist with compensation, case management, emergency aid, kosher food, and home care. We also provide bilingual Russian-speaking support.
