Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions, or SPACE, is a weekly, skills-based treatment group that helps parents manage their children’s anxiety-related behaviors. This helps children ages 3 to 17 develop the confidence to overcome anxiety.

SPACE helps parents:

  • Get a better understanding of anxiety
  • Feel less alone
  • Learn supportive responses
  • Help their children to learn how to self-regulate

A formal diagnosis is not required, but families are pre-screened.
