Using GPS

If entering an address in a GPS device, use 36 Simsbury Road, West Hartford as your destination. This will place you close to our driveway, but not exactly at the driveway. Look for the Zachs Campus Sign.  You will see a tall stone sign with Zachs Campus in blue at the top. You will be directly across from the back entrance to the Hartford Golf Club.

I-84 Westbound

Take exit 48, Asylum St.

Turn right at the light at the very end of the exit onto Asylum St.

Go 1.5 miles, turn right onto Scarborough St.

Go to end, turn left onto Route 44, Albany Ave.

Take first right onto Rt. 189/Bloomfield Ave.

At 3rd light go left onto Rt. 185/Simsbury Rd.

Entrance to our parking lot is on the right in about 1/3 mile, look for the Zachs Campus sign.

I-84 Eastbound

Take exit 43, Park Road/West Hartford Center. Turn right off the exit (As you exit you should be in the lane that is marked for those taking Trout Brook Drive.)

Go left almost immediately onto Trout Brook Drive.

At 7th light, take a right onto Route 44, Albany Ave.

At next light turn left onto Mohegan Drive

Go to the end and take a right onto Rt. 185/Simsbury Rd.

Entrance to our parking lot is the 3rd left, you will see a Zachs Campus sign.

I-91 Northbound

From I-91 north, take exit 32A to merge onto 84 west

Follow directions above from the first bullet point

I-91 Southbound

Take exit 35B, Rt. 218 west

Follow Rt. 218 for 3.75 miles

Turn left at the light onto Bloomfield Avenue

At the 3rd stoplight turn right, and then make another immediate right onto Simsbury Road/ Rt. 185

Entrance to our parking lot is on the right (approximately .3 miles – look for the Zachs Campus sign)

Entrance and Parking

Please share this information with your rideshare driver: As you enter the drive, proceed to the first entrance you see (on the left), with the orange awning that says Jewish Family Services. There is parking directly across from our front entrance or in the large lot.

By Bus

The Simsbury Road entrance to JFS can be accessed by CT Transit bus #153. This is a north-south route across West Hartford. You can transfer onto this bus from several other major routes. Click here for CT Transit maps and schedules.
