What technologies should I be aware of?
What has changed?
How do I organize and track my job search?

Take away-- a 2-3 page take home assignment to include a Q & A for your self-assessment. The questions will help job seekers understand whether their job search is effective. Example: Are the number of jobs diminishing or growing in their target area? Schmoozers can do this via email, and Dr. LaReau has offered to be the point person.

How is today's job search different than 3 years ago?
How do you manage your resume and cover letter (when necessary) if you do not quite have all the requirements?
How do you interpret the feedback from the automated systems and know if you are making progress?
