TANF Case Management helps families referred by the Department of Social Services (DSS) achieve self-reliance and success in employment, education, and community building. As a liaison between families and community resources, operating on a case management model, TANF Case Management helps families identify and reduce the barriers to employment, increase access to community resources, and minimize risks to their children.
